Your deposits are safe as they are always paid to the lawyers client account and not directly to a property or land developer. Reservation holding deposits normally circa CY£1000 can be paid by credit/debit card to give card holder protections for your peace of mind, which is secured by a U.K. act of parliament and the consumer credit act.

We can organise your financing whilst you are still in the U.K. and you can choose whether you would require to use a U.K. based financeer or a cypriot I.F.A.
